Been away for a bit getting hitched (pics later) but am back at home now, just perusing the forums.    Jeez, ya go away for a bit and all sorts of cool and interesting things pop up!   Kinda depressing being back in the high heat and humidity after a week at 11,000 ft + temps!

Looking forward to getting back in the fold ladies and gents!

Congratulations Brian!

You want humidity? we grow gills here in Bayou Country!

Does your new bride know of your plastic/resin addiction?

Has she caught you sneaking looks on "modeling websites"?

How about the glue sniffing & paint huffing?

See Brian, you have a problem, you need help.

You must admit you have an addiction before you call

Model Builders Help Line! 1-999-999-999! or

Plastic's Anonymous  1-999-999-999?

Congrats to Y'all

Where were you at 11,000 feet?

That's the question that ocured to me as well !!

Turquoise Lake Colorado, which is effectively "Leadville" Colorado, the highest incorporated city in America at around 10,800 feet above sea level.

The camp site at the lake itself is around 11,000 feet. We were exploring Mount Massive which was around 14,000 feet+.

It was a great time, but we took a 15 mile or so hike across the lake and that rare air is tough to get aclamated to.
