The other 1/2 is a flat/weighted spot. Its significantly tougher IMHO to get rubber tires weighted. The third 1/2 of the problem is weathering them, although I have had some success with pigments. Hard to get anything to reliably stick to the rubber. Might give a set a try just out of curiosity.
