Vandy 1 VX 4
I have a Tamiya F-4EJ KAI to build. I have the Wolf Pack KAI parts JASDF Black Panthers Decals! The question is what AM do i need for the right Exhaust fit? Other AM needed? Does any one make a 1/32 TYPE 93 Anti Ship Missile? thierry laurent
There is no offer for such Japanese missiles. So, you are on your own for that antiship model. GT resin has the exhausts you need. Adding two good seats would also noticeably improve the cockpit without a tremendous effort and investment. Other elements are up to you. Personally, I hate so much the simplified variramps details that I allocated a lot of time to correct the area (AMS and GT resin have such parts). However, what is a problem for somebody may be a very minor issue for somebody else! Resin wheels may also be a good idea if you do not like vinyl tires. Tony T
G T Resin long jet nozzles suitable for the F-4E/EJ/J/S You might fashion a Type 93 (4m long) by blunting the nose of a Kormoran 2 (4.4m long), made by CMK https://www.hannants.co.uk/search/index.php?product_category_id=&product_division_id=&manufacturer_id=&code=&product_type_id=&scale_id=&keyword_search=Kormoran&setPerPage=25¤cy_id= Tony Edited March 25, 2019 by Tony T editing Vandy 1 VX 4
BloorwestSiR
Here's the GT Resin exhaust (on the right) compared to the kit one. This is from my slat wing E build a couple years ago. Carl Vandy 1 VX 4
thierry laurent
Converting an AGM-84 Harpoon may be easier than starting with a Kormoran. Vandy 1 VX 4

Vandy 1 VX 4
Thank you all for your great input. With so many resin exhaust out there. I could not recall who has the correct diameter!!! I have cutting-edge Aries and they are all the wrong size.... wasn't sure about Wolfpack? What would be the right seat for a F-4 EJ? Thank you all once again. Kagemusha
The seats are as the standard E, qmt make some nice products, don't know about the accuracy of the exhausts. Vandy 1 VX 4

Cutting Edge = approx. resin copies of the kit ones Aires = great details but widely undersized (almost like Cutting Edge) Eduard Brassin = very nice but slightly undersized (less than Aires, but noticeable) GT resin = correct Sierra Hotel = correct Flightpath = correct but photoetched parts, a lot of work to bend Wolfpack = ? (I don't know) Edited March 25, 2019 by Luca Vandy 1 VX 4
Dave Williams
CAM also made a set that was supposedly the correct size. Luca and Vandy 1 VX 4
Luca
yep Dave, I forgot sorry! I own the CAM exhausts and they are abosultely correct in diameter (indeed, there are almost difficulties in getting them into the slots) Edited March 26, 2019 by Luca
