Any intel on engines, cost, etc. of this amazing hobby? Check out the low pass at the 2:26 mark. Incredible. The quarter scale (actual 1/4 scale) turbine jets the guys fly at the big land of the giants type meets can be upwards of 30,000. The German gentleman has nowhere near that in his record setting delta but its intense to watch. I cant even imagine what it's like to try to fly it at 465 mph.
