Jack
John, great progress on your Skyhawk, love seeing your work on this kit. I'm trying to figure out a way to have this kit transformed into a diesel driven, three bladed constant speed prop Cessna, with different IP features. I'd probably have to "fake" the diesel engine itself, so the easiest way would be just to keep the cowling closed, and have the instrument panel scratched into the diesel one, which wouldn't be too much of an effort. Like to see the outcome of yours, good show Jack.
Hawkwrench
Outstanding job so far. Let us know what colors and brand dark and light blue you used as my Cessna will use the same blues! Tim
John Everett
Painted the Skyhawk logo using a mask from the Silhouette Cameo cutter as well as added the MRP light blue to the trim stripes. Warbird
Hi, That's a beautiful 172! A very nice paint job in particular! I used to fly the one on the photo, which was equipped with a Thielert (Diesel) engine. Nice memories! John Everett
