themongoose
That is some masterful work! I'd hate to be the guy who paid full price for that 3rd row seat with the support coming down and taking away what little elbow room I have LOL kkarlsen
seiran01
Looks great, I love how you've done the chairs. Mongoose's comment makes me wonder if the pax had to pay extra for checked bags, preferred seating, or extra legroom... kkarlsen
Vandy 1 VX 4
You guys are talking about Elbow Room on the 3rd seats. The question is. How did they even get in the seats? kkarlsen
kkarlsen
A little update on the build, the hull/fuselage has finally come together... Trying to conceal any evidence of the lengthening 'surgery' of the hull... To be able to close this part of the build, is a major step forward... kkarlsen
Working on the new rudder/tail combination of the Curtiss F-5-L... Drawing of the rudder/tail transferred to 1 mm styrene sheet. Thin 'stringers' applied to both sides of the rudder. The outer skin is another styrene sheet 0.5 mm with 'ribs' made with a ballpoint pen from the inside... Rib tape made from 0,15 mm styrene strips with added stiching. Test fitting of the rudder/tail. seiran01
That looks perfect! How did you replicate the stitching detail on the rib tapes? kkarlsen
