Surprised me as well, but a quick look at Wikipedia says " No. 56 Squadron converted to their last biplane, the Gloster Gladiator Mk.I, in July 1937.[12] The Gladiators were flown up until May 1938 when the Squadron acquired Hawker Hurricane Mk.Is. Please do Mike! I wasn’t aware that 56 sqdn flew Gladiators till yesterday morning when I was browsing over on the Interwar section of Britmodeller. I’ve “googled” and looked in my references but haven’t found a photograph yet, but Pheon do a 1/48 decal set for one. I’m more than happy (and capable) of cutting my own masks but need the references! :wacko:
