mozart Posted December 5, 2018 Share Posted December 5, 2018 I sent this photograph yesterday to K1, it's bits of my (stalled) Avro Anson vac build. I explained to him bits that I have done, bits that I'd like to do and a massive amount of bits that I HAVE to do: Kev has agreed that it's less than 25% finished, so this will be my (first) entry for the GB. I started a thread for it back in 2016 which Kev will resurrect once the GB starts, bit of a head start but not much. When, not if, the Anson's complete I may do a Dragon Bf110F as well. Maybe it's time to tackle that Revel Heinkel He-219 in my stash, or I can maybe get a Dragon Bf-110E Trop.. I can thoroughly recommend the Dragon Bf110 kits, they are great and the GB camaraderie and support always helps get you through the inevitable troublesome moments in every build! Build thread started but at this point not even the cockpit is done. Been on hold waiting for seats. If all you have worked on is the pit, and you are not finished with that, or sounds like you are definitely below that 25% threshold. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The nose section has been built, but I want to repaint it anyway, so it should fall pretty well under the 25% rule. Time to finish the other two builds in the bench in time for the new year. That's 365 modelling days......:) True...but I was thinking of a in flight model, shot up being escorted by Revells's Bf 109 G6 out of Germany...(The book cover I'm sure we've all seen? A higher call) Think I can pull that off in a year? That's an optimistic project...I do have all the components though.
