This is a decal sheet featuring four P-51D-5 Mustang aircraft flown by USAAF aces. As usual from RB Productions, these decals have a Romanian link. Many of the victories included in the scoreboards painted on these aircraft were gained in the skies of Romania during the spring/summer of 1944. What makes these victories even more impressive is that these aircraft were based on the Eastern coast of Italy, a distance of over 1000 Km away from Romania. All aircraft feature a "Red Nose", a distinctive feature that helped the Romanian and Luftwaffe pilots identify them as their foe. By the way, just like all RB Productions decals, they are in every single way a "limited edition". When they sell out, they are gone. I prefer to invest in new subjects rather than spend on reissues.
