Bill Cross
I'm assuming the Daco book, but thought I would ask here. I'm talking walkarounds, cockpits, cables, hoses, things that aren't in the average book about aircraft. In other words, for modelers like us. I know the Daco book emphasizes 1/48th drawings, etc. LSP_K2
LSP_K2
Though I don't own it (yet), I'd say the Daco book would be the way to go, Bill, based upon what I see in the other Daco volumes that I do own. Bill Cross
Bill Cross
Thanks, Kev. It looks like a winner, and they make the Luftwaffe decals.... And their Double Ugly books are superb. But I thought I would ask before shelling out $40+ for it and having one of you chuckleheads say "What, you bought the DACO BOOK?????"

red Dog
Daco currently has an anniversary sale - up to tomorrow So if you want to buy the book anyway, might as well profit from their extra rebates I have it. it's a gold mine, just like any book they publish reference wise, it's a mix of German, dutch and belgian starfighters LSP_K2 and Bill Cross
Jasta 14 addict
DACO book regarding the 104 is just a bible on it's own, that count's for all other DACO book releases. Also the DACO German decal set is just splendid, i used it on my German F-104 model and it's great. I have some other books regarding German F-104's but the go further regarding Squadron use, paint scheme's and etc. Regards Danny

The anniversary discount is puny in relation to the brutal mailing costs. Edited September 16, 2018 by Bill Cross incorrect information
