Bill_S
A question for the experten: How do you deal with decals that meet at the trailing edge of a wing? I'm thinking WWI lozenge. Any tips would be appreciated!
Out2gtcha
I normally set the underside of the wing decal first, cutting it so it ever so slightly overlaps the edge, then I apply the top wing decal so it does the same only overlaps on the bottom just a smidgen, so in the end if anything is visible seam-wise, it will be on the bottom of the wing and potentially less noticeable than the top. Out2gtcha
FYI, I know they say dont use setting solutions on the lozenge decals, but Ive found some kind of solution seems to help snuggle things down too. Sol seems to work well in most cases, but Ive had to use Solvaset in a couple instances. MikeMaben
Gazzas
This is a really good question. I was wondering about the tape that goes along the front edge... does another one follow the trailing edge?
Bill_S
Those scalloped trailing edges give me fits!
