Brass undercarriage for Revell Typhoon, & ICM Polikarpovs

Man, I wish they released this a month ago.   The Rata undercarriage is wobbly for sure on the ICM kit.  The actual tubing is so thing it just isn’t good in supporting the actual weight of the kit.  The I-153 on the other hand, holds up well on the ICM kit.   I have both ICM kits up on their gear at the present time.  Thanks for sharing this with us Kagemusha.

Wow! Close shave, just about to stick the under cart on this thing (Typhoon).

The forward LG has given me a great deal of concern, not a fun build to say the least. This will give me the incentive to finish the bloody job.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Hi Guys

Well I am glad that you are happy with the parts / sets so far, I have more planned as time goes along.

I am really pleased with what the caster is able to do, and as you can see with the Typhoon and the I-16 and I-153 sets he is able to cast in lots of 'holes' and very fine 'tripod' type parts.

All of this is proving to be valuable lessons for me as to what can be achieved for future U/C parts and other parts.

Thanks to all that are supporting me on a continual basis.

Happy modelling to all, Ali
