I very recently found a PayPal receipt (email), for a book that I was quite sure was never delivered here. I was getting ready to initiate a refund request, when it dawned on me to check my other books on the same subject, and sure enough, there it sat. Apparent, contrary to my usual practice of reviewing a book before putting it on the shelf, I just placed it on the shelf and forgot all about it.
