Cant wait for this one. Deposit paid and paying the balance in instalments till its released. There's only 1 plane ill build and that's my grandfathers.

Hmmmm 400 notes in south of England parlance is pretty hefty. As Graham said a few hundred rather than thousands. I understand totally the undertaking of HKM, research, tooling etc etc etc, just not sure until I get retired if I can have this sitting in the stash.........still excited

Here's their placement . There was an air inlet on the inboard LE too.

Cool, glad to see things are moving along. A lancaster will be a bench clearing model when it arrives and I plan on doing two. One Phantom of the Ruhr and the other will be a dam buster version (if it gets released)..

thanks for the info. I think i need to start researching now to be ready for the kit release - just picked up a book about Lancaster crew and their time together as a holiday read, that will be where I'll start I think.
