Just a thought here.  This Willie needs some big pointy drop tanks.  You certainly have the talent.  It’s such a funky mid century cool looking aircraft.   Absolutely loved your build progress reports.   Well done again.

i have vacformed some tanks, but wasn´t happy with them shapewise, so i left them off. many pics of korean war whales show them without tanks, so i called it a day...

Regardless.  Simply put the bird looks awesome.  Thanks for sharing this build with us.   I really like the slight chipping you did around on the airframe surrounded by the Matt black.  The gear wheels were also such a great venue to see come to light.   Love your build.

Thank you for guiding me to your build Karl, it looks absolutely fantastic and as the vacform seems to be reasonably accurate in shape, then the Tigger kit it is for me then (I was contemplating scratch building one). I may need some of your advice or help with this one if I may?
