Koralik
This time the model is very unusual for me. Over one meter to build and paint, model made with one addition: Deck from Pontos, the rest is a model straight from the box. After building this model, I understood that folding ship models is a real big challenge. Hubert Boillot
Very nice build, in the only true scale for large ships, the equivalent of 1/32 for aircrafts Hubert Koralik
TorbenD
Very impressive indeed - I have to admit I find the idea of tackling such a large complex model rather daunting and I’m full of admiration for those who do.. doubly so when they are of this high standard. Uncarina
I salute anyone who completes this kit, let alone someone who uses the Pontos set, AND to such a high standard! Your work is fantastic. Cheers, Tom
TimW
Funny, I just resumed working on mine...started in in 2014 but all those Pontos 20mm guns finally got to me! This one looks very sharp! Amazing work! Tim W.

mattlow
That's a beauty of a ship... lovely finish. Couple of questions. What is the flag on the bow? Looks like stars without bars? Also, what is the aircraft carried at the rear looks like a Douglas Skyraider on floats.. Cheers Matt
Gigant
Looks like a normal issue USN Naval Jack on the bow and a standard pair of Curtiss SC-1 Seahawks on the stern to me.
cbk57
Looks like it is time to do a 1/32 B-52. With that spray booth you can get a little something done.
