I guess I lost track of your explanation elsewhere, why did you use the wheels off the old Matchbox model John?:mellow:

Nice combo of skill and weathering. My wife's father was a gunner with some confirmed kills. I built the 48th scale version from somebody, can't remember who, in memory of Lance Corporal John P. DiNardo.

Late to the comments here John.  

 

Another brilliant job on this one.  I really admire your selection process on how you choose a subject and don’t waiver until it’s finished. Awesome job on the SBD-3.
