I got this kit for a steal, this is where I am at: I also have the engine fitted but the pics are terrible. All in all it has been an effortless build, just a pity the kit seat is too small.

Very nice start on the Mustang's front office. Viewing the photos on my phone and the fuel tank seems to have green sides and should be a oily, runnery blackish color.

Thanks, I guess that is just the  reflection off the paper. Sadly only cellphone photos. Guess I must use a more neutral color for a background next time.

Just a little update. So far this kit has been a gem to build, unlike other Trumpeter ones. Really having fun. Forgive the bit of artistic license, but hey, I like it. Excuse the cellphone pics, I dont have a camera. Oh, also the messy workbench, but I guess all of ours have looked like that at a stage.

Doing black base for NMF.  Darn thing wants to take off when the fan is blowing, so if the picture is a bit blurry, it's because the thing is moving.

Thanks buddy., getting  there. Patience is the key now, as I tend to rush  the finish and then screw it up.
