Misplaced one of the crossed on the upper wings was my first. #2 won't be a worry as I need to overspray it as per pics at start of topic. I need to overspray the wing markings too but it's too far over to blend.

Alain Gadbois
Fantastic paint job! I love the mottle over the basic camouflage, and the painted on markings also. Alain Wackyracer

Wackyracer
Started weathering the engine panels as well as the prop couple of decals added and the engine had a round of dark brown wash My AK and Mig engine washes and filters have basically split back to thinner and paint. That's 6 bottles from the last 2 years. I think it will be my own mixes from thinners and oil paints in future. mozart, Erwin, BradG and 2 others
Out2gtcha
Bummer about the AKI stuff! I have some that are quite old, and they haven't seemed to fully separate like oil and water yet...............maybe got a bad batch of bottles? I might send a note out to AKI and see what they say. As to the 109, its coming along swimmingly! I like the paint over night camo a lot. Wackyracer
