Yes, it was Iains 219 build where he cut the the nacecells/wings in a certain manor to correct the strange angle the engines sit at OOB

 

Thanks Brian.  I was thinking it was a build where the wing mounts to the fuselage and modified those protruding spars but I may be mistaken and it was Iian's build.

Though for a time limited group build you may be better off living with most of the issues... :)

Thanks Matt for the links.  I hadn't seen them when I searched for builds.  Also, I haven't ever finished a kit so I'm sure this one won't be any different :)

I have to admit, I’ve seen the posts with the kits issues and the corrections done and happily went right ahead and built not one but two of these models straight out of the box with not a thought or care to the accuracy. Whichever route you choose, remember to enjoy yourself
