Shawn M
for sure! Plus having it in flight allows me more display options without using up horizontal shelf space. Its nice that revell provides the MLG doors as one piece, they fit really well to boot Out2gtcha
mozart
Which crew figures are you using Shawn, I'm always on the hunt for seated crew but rarely see any, can you post pictures please?
kibber
23 hours ago, dennismcc said: Watch out for the weights, the instructions call for 70g in the fuselage and 25g in the engine nacelles, I put 80g in the fuselage and 30g in the nacelles but I still ended up with a tail sitter, I had to add another 38g in the nose wheel bay and it just about made it. Cheers Dennis Possibly it was a typo and they meant 70kg........... dennismcc, Gazzas and Shawn M 2
Shawn M
Max, these are the ZM HE-219 crew figs. Well worth the cost I'd say, even though I got mine for free from a member here Pictures!! Windscreen going on: windscreen on! canopy sections drying after a future bath Filler time Seats In: crew test fit, love the poses Nacelle spreaders in place to address some small gaps BradG, Big Texan, Daniel460 and 8 others
Shawn M
I managed to complete the upper surface scribing on the fuse last night along with the wings and nacelle panel lines. I need to go back and do the lost access panels etc. Since the big lines were done i glued the nacelles to the wings as well, really happy with the fit. While those dried I shot the crew (lol) in primer so I can get a start on painting them. Started painting the leather combing on the radar scope. The canopy sections turned out great after a redip and were set aside for now. Edited September 21, 2018 by Shawn M mozart and Greg W

Shawn M
They offer a few sets/poses depending on how you're going to do your build. The almost 'snap' together they're so well cast. The details are just so crisp and sharp...it "should" make painting a cake walk Greg W

Shawn M
thank you guys! Almost wrapped up with the fuse scribing, then it time to add antenna to the underside. Nacelles are glues on, need to clean up the rest of the scribing and seams there. Flight crew is all primed, hope to start painting them up tonight
