CATCplSlade
As an employer, you must ensure that your staff do not work more than 48 hours per week on average (including overtime), over a reference period of up to 4 months. Your employees must be given at least 11 consecutive hours of daily rest and at least 24 hours of uninterrupted weekly rest every 7 days, over a reference period of 2 weeks. So maybe not completely left alone on their time off the clock, but certainly less bothered than many of us here. "Hey, I was wondering if you could come in on Saturday and work on these accounts." kind of stuff.
Out2gtcha
Well having pushed my request for a new Revell Canopy and windscreen right before the weekend, I was a bit surprised (but glad none the less) to have this in my in box first thing at about 4:30 AM CST: "Dear Mr or Mrs, Many thanks for your information. Please rest assured that we will handle your mail without delay and we will contact you, if required. In the meantime please do not send any identical request in writing or over the phone. The handling time is about 1-2 weeks. Kind regards your Revell Customer Service" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Costumer ServiceFon: +49.5223.965-199 Fax: -195<mailto:service@revell.de> <http://www.revell.de/>Revell GmbHHenschelstr. 20-3032257 Bünde / GermanySitz: Bünde / Amtsgericht Bad Oeynhausen HRB 10158Geschäftsführer Stefan Krings --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hopefully that means within 3 weeks Ill have a new windscreen and canopy! MikeMaben
OK so I emailed them with a screenshot of my original request page. Out2gtcha
holzemjo
I once e-mailed them about some decals for an 8€ 1/72 kit that had gotten destroyed during application by my own idiocy. Received the same bot-generated mail, then three weeks of radio silence and then I got a whole new decal sheet in the mail! I think you need some patience, they'll get to you eventually. I never got any response from them, bot or otherwise. holzemjo

MikeMaben
Bizarre mystery ... today I recieved a box inside a clear plastic bag. The box was from Revell , sealed with one piece of tape inside a rather larger bag also sealed with one piece of tape. The box was empty , nothing inside at all. I'm thinking someone opened the box and removed the contents , but for what reason ? Does the red printing "Received without content" have something to do with why it's empty ? I wonder if because you didnt get a bot reply back, maybe they were confused as to what to actually send? Just spit-balling here, but that is totally odd. No reason that I can see to remove content from a package that is most obviously not hazardous, bio-hazard, battery, liquid, nor sharp instrument, nor anything shipped through the mail system that would put others jeopardy. CANicoll
I've still not heard back on my original request. I'm in Europe the next 2 weeks but sadly nowhere near Germany. Hate to keep waiting, and then another '2-3 weeks' past when I get back. Might have to put another request in... CN
Hacker
I guess I need to check my kit too, as I haven't yet looked at it. same here with mine. Hacker
MikeMaben
I'm going to send the photo to Revell to see what they say, but I thot I'd ask here to see if any of you folks familiar with European mail issues knew anything about the red stamp. It does look 'official'. If "Received without Content" means just that , the box was empty to start with , why wouldn't they send it back to the sender instead of sending it (empty) on to the receiver across the ocean ? If they did ship it empty , they have some serious mngmnt/QA issues. At least I know they didn't ignore my original request. Still woulda been nice to get a confirmation email. I can sleep easy again ... quang

LSP_Ray
My guess is since your box came inside a bag, the box came open sometime during transit and that is when the canopy was lost. I have previously had a half-destroyed box inside a bag. I have also had someone's birthday card arrive inside a bag labeled "accidentally damaged during processing" label on it. Except the card had been double enveloped, with the outer envelope torn on the end, and the envelope inside torn across the top with the $5 that was supposed to be inside gone. 'Accidental'....right.... Anyway, I guess only thing you can do is show Revell the pic and ask again. At least they made an attempt.
