Uncarina
Wow Tom, this is looking MOST excellent. The attention to detail is impressive. This is one of those kits that I always thought would really benefit from interior lighting, with all the extra detailing work put in Brian, Thank you! I've been on a positive learning curve throughout the build so far, and I've been having a blast. I agree about the lighting, and I will just have to be content with a penlight! At least a lot will still be visible through the windows. I will post another update within the next days, after an RFI of a SOD resurrection! (That's probably the strangest thing I've written in a while.) Cheers, Tom Martinnfb and Out2gtcha

tomprobert
Lookin' gooooooooood! If you're modelling this particular aircraft with the Cheyenne tail, you'll need to leave out the radio room gun. These were removed from B-17s by the August of 1944 as they were deemed ineffective. By the time LMM had her Cheyenne tail turret fitted, the radio room gun would have been long gone... Looking forward to your return in August! All the best, Tom Uncarina and Martinnfb
