The ones up north that I saw were a lot like those, but skinnier.

But they're necessary for the bush planes.

I'm sure the RCAF had them on their Daks, though..

Still looks like a great kit.

I'll be first in the DFW area anyway. Talked to Greg today. He figures 3-4 months given HPHs history.

But the B-36s haven't arrived either...

Yup, I think you are correct,,,,   That's what I would build anyway so not a big deal to me.  Just an observation.

I really love this, Ron. Big memories of a staple in northern Canadian life. I wish I had space for more than one.

American Airlines DST Skysleeper, C-47, Transair DC-3, Lambair DC-3.

If there are any suggestions or questions, please tell me, I will visit HpH on June, 1st.

It's probably too late to modify the masters, but maybe the reinforcement plate Ron has pointed out could be added as a PE part rather than mouded in.

Plus I'd love to make the left fuselage is molded without this huge gaping cargo door (which could then be cut from the inside.

Extras as they are doing with the B-52, specifically a conversion set for an AC-47.
