Thought I'd add these pics for atmosphere, friend of mine was in Ullapool west coast of Scotland today and sent me these pics of a Liberator crash site, kinda good the engine has been left there out of respect and not been take away by a collector or something, also a plaque to commemorate the dead on this lonely isolated spot.

Site is classed as a war grave, its actually North a bit from Ullapool nr Badachro.

Thank you for sharing the photos, just look at the ages of these flyers, good grief brings a tear to my eye, that generation of men and women were amazing

The shape looks pretty good! It looks like they split the turrets down the middle (Ala Revell) which is a shame, but hey... 1/32 Liberator! Would love to see the insides. Speaking of insides... she's gonna need about 6 lbs. of nose weight!

Told myself, "Screw it, let's pre-order it."  But the Free Times check out is not taking PayPal on pre-orders for this one.  It let me do it for the Lancaster.  Sent them an email Wednesday evening, have not heard back from them yet.

Might have to wait until it hits the shelves.

Canopy looks great, but that front turret glazing leaves a little bit to be desired :-/ For anyone who's built the Hasegawa 1/72 B-24 series, the way they molded the turrets was absolutely spot-on. Wishing HobbyBoss would have gone the same route. However, from what I see here, I am very, very pleased! She sure looks great.
