A ZSh-3M would be spot on.

Got one, goggles isn't original and don't belong to this set-up.

Yes. The very first ZSh-5 helmets featured blue visors and didn't have the automatic visor release mechanism.

That automatic visor release mechanism is very aggressive when used. I can't imaging that it was used in normal conditions, but more prior to the ejection sequence in case of an emergency.
