Chek Posted December 16, 2019 Share Posted December 16, 2019 (edited) Bearing stable doors and bolted horses in mind, for manufacturing multiple identical pieces like your wing ribs, I would cut overlong strips of roughly the correct dimensions and form them into a flat, aligned bundle. Then apply a spot of thin cement at one end to bond them loosely together, taking care not to flood them into an unholy mass. Just enough to tack the excess ends together, so they can flick apart like leafing through pages in a book. You can then draw your template on the outer one and carve and sand away everything that's 'not rib'. When done, cut to length and they should all be reasonably identical. One thing I neglected to mention about my multi-method, is to use a clamp along he bottom edge to hold the bundle together.
