monthebiff
Lovely work Nick, superb update and really like the paint scheme, got to say I dont think there is anything wrong with your Fug 218 array to be honest. Keep on going as you are nearly there! Regards. Andy Cheetah11

Cheetah11
Hi Everyone Thanks for the interest. Andy I hope you don't like the color scheme too much. This was supposedly as the aircraft was delivered at the unit. Last night the mottling was done over the delivery scheme. I could not resist putting the propellers on for the photos to see how the final model will look and to see if the character of the G-4 was captured. I still have quite a lot of work to do on the canopy and cockpit. Enjoy Nick Trak-Tor, LSP_Kevin, MikeMaben and 7 others

Cheetah11
Hi Madmax Nick, du bist ein mottle-meister! Thanks for the compliment, but I think instead of being a mottle-meister, my shaking with old age approximates the random patterns of mottling found on the late WW II German aircraft. BTW I presume Snoopy is cursing 1 Sqn. Nick Shawn M
Gazzas
Nick, That looks great! That would definitely make it blend with the clouds better. Gaz
mozart
Yes Nick, rest assured you've certainly captured the spirit of a G-4, that mottling looks beautifully done to me. Bravo!! Edited May 4, 2018 by mozart
MikeMaben
Nice subtlety, can still see the splinter scheme underneath.

Daniel460
She's a stunner Nick! Beautiful work on the paint! I was trying to look at earlier photos on this thread and they won't load up, anyone else having the same issues? Is it my crapola internet?
