Monty Python
Just found this about 'Foxy Lady' on the web. Here's keeping my fingers crossed it all ends well and she will eventually be in the air again where she belongs. https://www.navywings.org.uk/news-blog/sea-vixen-update-20th-june/ Out2gtcha and etendard

Astro32
As I've mentioned elsewhere,I'd be most concerned about the wing spars. The whole structure took quite a beating. External skins and gearboxes are nothing.

SimonCornes
That doesn't look so bad. I'm sure there will be a few gearboxes like the slightly filed down one which can be put into service, the main planes and pylons look fine, I noticed that at least one drop tank detached so I understand the concern about the spar but the aircraft was moving pretty much horizontally, not vertically, so I would imagine the G load wouldn't be severe. I wondered initially why he didn't use the grass but the runway was the safer option and probably caused much less damage. Not a cheap fix though! Because it is an amorphous material, so the 'plane wasn't going to dig in or spin around? I thought the landing was a superb bit of flying Richard Out2gtcha
Monty Python
Wonder if they could acquire some bits from the RNAS Yeovilton museum's Sea Vixen XS590.
