John1 Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 On those markings, it’s weird. I posted on the Warbird Informatation Page, figured those guys would know. Half the responses said painted on stencils, the other half said decals. Go figure.. One guy posted a Vought construction drawing of the fuel type decal for the Corsair so I’m pretty confident that the majority of the servicing markings were decals. One of the exceptions would be the red markings directly in front of the fuselage fuel cap. Those are pretty clearly stenciled on. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
