DeanKB
Ok just heard back from the company and they say this: "This is an updated set Avis. Completely redesigned wing. Photo etching and new decals added." That is a surprise - maybe hoping to get in on the Wingnut Wings generated 1/32 WWI modelling niche? Sounds like the Squadron Encore kits, which are Roden plastic with a shed-full of resin & PE added. Actually very nice kits. I await developments. Pricing will be interesting, as WNW seem to have moved out of many peoples reach financially.
DeanKB
So this thingy promises to be a quick-wipe of the old tool Avis, that will require the application of dot-filtering to modulate the colors and replicate the original flying razor's apperance, and all of this without facing the benefit of colonic irrigation ? You guys lost me, I'm afraid Hubert The kit box will have a length of hosepipe, 1/1 scale. Don't post any pics.

DeanKB
The old Avis kit was $90. May well have been on sale at $90, doesn't necessarily mean it sold at that price.
Alburymodeler
It was not really worth $90, I reckon it will be more like $50.00. There, you have my opinion.
