Here you go Harold...

In comparison with the CAM seat.

And there is two seat in the kit, if you want one, I'll be happy to sent it over budy.

Reggards,

Dan.

Outstanding! Thanks. I just needed the measurements to make sure whatever I do will fit the kit 'pit. I am going to finish my late seat and do an early one from that master. THEN do the oddball Martin Baker seat. I just thought, maybe I could use the extra seat for the backside details. I will send your seat back plus one I did after I make a copy of the kit seat.

Is this the one that the Iranian Air Force use?

Yes. As well as the first batch of Brazilian F-5Es.

Does someone of you who ordered the new F-5 from the chinese Ebay guy already got the kit?

Thanks

Jawollja.

Kit #4 arrived yesterday. Shipping to Germany took eight days.

Heads-up! KH Assembly Guide.

Ikhad8e.jpg

STEP 1 - Seat Assembly:

  • Part F14 (lumbar pad/parachute pack support)
  • Part F15 (seat cushion)
  • Part F23 (bottom/rear seat pan)
  • Part F30 (survival kit container)
  • Part F31 (headrest) -> black, not red

Contrary to Kittyhawk's assembly guide instructions, part F15 should be glued to part F30 = survival kit/seat cushion assembly.

wow airfixer you are definitively THE F-5 GURU  :)

Let me put it this way: I'm not too unfamiliar with the F-5E/F.

But even my map of the Tiger II has many white spots. Still, plenty of uncharted waters to sail.
