LSP_K2
OK, yet another stupid move on my part. After deciding to display this as "flaps down" (a choice that I now regret), last night I went ahead and glued the flaps into position. While doing so, I had to exert a fair amount of pressure to get them to move forward so that the LE of the flap met the rear of the flap opening, and in the process, snapped off three of the four flap mounts. The problem? These are Fowler type flaps (which I should have bloody well known), and do not slide forward, as there's a pocket molded into the lower wing that prevents this and positions the flaps automatically. I'm seriously beginning to wonder if I'm even capable of building a model correctly now.
