Bill_S Posted April 10, 2017 Author Share Posted April 10, 2017 (edited) Actually, Big Texan - it's 3/64" (0.047 in/ 1.19 mm) brass rod. It bends easily without annealing, cuts and files nicely, and the solder is much more durable than trying to use CA. The master for the second set: In situ: And a little jig for production... Bill_S Posted April 14, 2017 Author Share Posted April 14, 2017 (edited) JB Weld to attach exhaust pipes. I don't want those things to fall off after I get things sealed up. It's rare that I use my Dremel tool, but an abrasive cutoff wheel is probably the best way to go...
