Have been building models since way back as far as I can remember (almost) Prices for an Airfix model was about 5 Dkr. Looking forward to take a look at all the work you guys are doing, and hope to be able to post a few pictures myself. I'm currently working on a Spitfire Mk.II (balsa) 1:13 scale. and a B25J from Hongkong models. Welcome aboard! Regards - dutik
zoerenee12 Posted April 13 Posted April 13 (edited) Hi everyone, I don't know if this is appropriate, but I am shooting my shot. I am not a fellow modeller, but my Dad was, and he passed away on Friday. He very well may be here somewhere on this forum (I will search later). And he has left me an extensive collection in the estate, for which I was hoping for some help with. I am pretty certain his most valuable set is the Avro Lancaster B.Mk.I/III w/Full Interior Border Model | No. BF-010 | 1:32. It is the largest, and within his final moments of comprehension, he did find it important to mention this specific set lol. I know you're probably finding it upsetting that I am jumping to sell his collection, it was something I would've preferred I didn't have to rush, but unfortunately, there alot of unexpected costs I need to pay for. While I took an interest in his hobby, it was a lot to understand the lore of it all (I am a Lego builder, personally), so I am feeling very clueless about it all. I was sent here from Reddit, and this forum felt more appropriate than Facebook Marketplace. So if you do see me pop up on other threads and are wondering why I don't know answers to your questions, please be kind, I am just a grieving daughter trying to make sure these kits are put in the most appreciative hands. This isn't a post to sell any models; it's just an introduction to why I am here. Thank you Edited April 13 by zoerenee12 Alain Gadbois, Out2gtcha and Phantom2 3

2996 Victor Posted June 12 Posted June 12 Hi everyone, new member here on LSP! Originally from Somerset and now settled in Derbyshire, I've been a model maker, or rather a serial model starter, longer than I care to remember. I've decided it's time to move into 1/32 scale for WW1 and Inter-War subjects. If anyone's interested, I've waffled on at some length in my profile Here's a picture of me and my gal on a recent holiday (I'm the chubby, bald one ): Looking forward to spending some time here on LSP and building (and hopefully finishing!) some large scale planes. Cheers, Mark geedubelyer, Shoggz, Mal_Belford and 7 others 10
