pgpelect
My first post on LSP, a 32nd Tamiya F-15E. Used Avionix cockpit. Also used Eduard's photoetched exterior set.Opened three electronic bays and scratchbuilt them. Also, the open radar panel was totaly redone.I tried to detail the landing gears as much as I could. I also changed the way the radar cone attaches to the aircraft and tried to detail the radar a little bit. Finally, the exhausts were "updated" via Eduard's PE set.The photos are not the best ones you have seen, but please be gentle... (they probably are the worst if I may say so)ElectronicsCockpitRadar and nose coneLanding gearsExhaustsFinal resultP.S. During the canopy polishing, I droped it and got a crack. Replaced it with a Revell's canopy witch I had to shorten about 2,5mm in length and remove the canopy frame which was as one piece with Revell's canopy. By doing that, I managed to attach the canopy on Tamiya's frame but had to rebuild the front canopy frame (with the mirrors) since the original did not fit. F`s are my favs
Hi and happy first post! This is one very very bad Eagle. Vey good. Well done... as far as I can say from these thumbnail-like photos. It would be nice to share a few hi-res and/or zoomed photos of the finished model. Yet the photos are awesome. Awesome F-15!
