Here is a bit more tonight:

 

The exhausts are made with a 5/32 aluminium tube. The angle was cut

with a disk sander : quick but gets quite hot!

Here it is in place temporarily to compare with the photos.

Note the horizontal panel line on the front cowl...

And the same on the other side. Both are exactly opposite each other, but note how it is lower 

on the right side compared to the left. The same remark applies to the narrow cut-out at the back of the 

cowl.

Just after posting, I was looking at reference photos and something didn't feel right about the panel line on the right side.

It seemed to be too low. After measuring carefully, it appears I scribed it 2.5mm below its correct position.

 

I also noticed the cowl latches weren't tall enough.

 

So I decided to redo those areas to be satisfied... 

 

I added a bit of .005 styrene on each latch to give a bit more detail.

I corrected this panel line also. I should study my references better but it seems there is always

something overlooked...
