Harold
Just got a tub of rubber this morning, Suppler was out of stock for a week, took another week to receive it, so I have been unable to cast new masters. Now I can. I will post anything I get done.
ziggyfoos
Ya I'd be definitely interested in at least the scope, pod, and the exhaust, otherwise I'd have no use for pod by itself. Zero77 and Harold
Zero77
Very nice. I like the corsair, but like the Mustang it's very common, and even if some models are outstanding, it's a bit repetitive. With thisNF conversion (i hope the exhaust and other parts will follow !), it's finally something different !!!! Thanks a lot Harold ! Harold
Yes, I might as well do the whole thing. It seems as though I am slowly creeping into the older prop airframes... got a bit more done on the pod, I redid the upper faring, it still needs refinement, but I think it looks closer to the real thing. Harold
Finished the pod itself. I am casting it with four paper thin wafers on the pouring block so that it can be pulled from the mold without distortion. It also lessons the amount of cleanup work needed as well. Harold
Once you get it, I would still do a little more thinning of the upper rear. I can only get ti so thin and still be able to cast it. It won't take much.
