F-35 (A & B versions at once) Kittyhawk, 1/48

 Well, they are in 1/48th scale, but i would like to share the best photos from a photoshoot from a few weeks ago. Just a presentation of F-35A and F-35B as standalone models. The B version is with landing gears down only. The A version is with lights. Here are two videos of the A with lights switched on: 1, 2; and the two videos of the B version: V1, V2. And the photos. You know, I've often felt that the F-35 is hard to get excited about as a modelling subject. But these are terrific! You've done a great job capturing a tough paint scheme, and the finish of the kit looks flawless (even though I've read that it's a beast to build). Well done.

Great looking models. I think the f-35 can be made into a great looking model, I do have the 'a' version in the stash, but I've heard that Italeri is bring out a 1/32 scale kit later this year, looking forward to that, and the (fingers crossed) aftermarket world following suit!
