Europe, by comparison, is highly regulated, very fragmented, high costs, multiple languages & not as wealthy. Simply not an attractive business option for quite a specialised kit. Because we do not really need it. The price of this super special campaign offer is converted to Euro 161,- Steelmodels sells the kit for Euro 159,- with free shipping within EU. There are 18 European stores selling Zoukei Mura kits: http://www.zoukeimura.co.jp/en/link.html This thread was started by a seller that happens to be in the US. Free shipping during the pre-order can be had from Japan if none of the European retailers are offering it. No matter how you slice it, Volks USA has nothing at all to do with what happens in Europe.
