That looks fantastic, David! Love the dirty silver finish, and the outside shots on the base look really convincing. May I publish it on the website?

Looks very good, and the metal finish suits the subject.

 

I've always found the semi-agricultural, beaten-up-by-ground-crew look of early MiGs appealing, and your model captures the look.

 

That's what appealed to me with this subject, you can 'go to town' with weathering and bashing of the aircraft as they wasn't well known for being carefully handled by the ground crews

I used a 350D canon with a EFS 18-50mm lens
