The engine isn't glued in so the gaps on the cowl are a bit bigger than they should be. It was an enjoyable build and thanks to Edgar's advice, I was able to get a better representation of the aircraft's colour. Edit: I just noticed that the control surfaces moved and need to be corrected. I'll try to fix it and take some new pics. It was really really tempting to jump right back in with another Spitfire (MH434 as seen in Battle of Britain) but I'm going to do a quick build of another British icon first but the four wheeled kind.
