D.B. Andrus
.....Lucian did make a mold and has cast a resin copy for me, so it is possible. Good idea to market. Cheers, D.B.

FlorinM
Couple of things needed to be done before bringing the fuselage halves together - the MG 17s ... and the tail wheel with a little mud and dust mywifehatesmodels

FlorinM
Wait, there is more, so much more! The fuselage shape is fantastic, but was further enhanced by receiving its rivet pattern and the external braces specific to the F-2 The oil cooler was modified to a shape and size appropriate for the F-2 And the fuel refill specific to the Friedrich was engraved on the cockpit wall while details for the G-6 were covered: Anthony in NZ

FlorinM
Thank you, Gentlemen! The main gear bays also had to be modified for the narrower tires. Lucian took a shortcut here, using some Aires PE. The "kidneys" on top of thew wings were carefully shaved off, the plastic became paper thin and translucent, but did not produce holes. The cavity was filled in with Milliput for strength and the PE was added on top, after it was brought to shape. Some stretched sprue was then profiled and added on top, followed by a coat of RLM 02 and some weathering Test fit, looking good D.B. FlorinM
The gear legs have received the hydraulics for the brakes, from stretched sprue and electronic wire insulation: And this is how they look now Anthony in NZ, 109 and D.B.
