So a couple of light coats of Ocean Grey and now I'm trying the lazy man's way of masking!  I found a good profile of the camouflage, enlarged it to 1/32nd scale then cut out the appropriate bits which are held in place by blu-tac and masking tape.  This may or not not work, we'll see:

Thanks chaps!  I've done a first spray of DG this afternoon, fairly satisfied with it, just a little inconsistent with the sharpness of the green-to-grey edges despite my efforts to spray at a fixed angle.  I'll have a review and re-assess tomorrow to decide whether it's acceptable or not.

Will subsequent weathering layers disguise any incongruency Max?

Yes Guy, I'm sure that it will though I'm not 100% sure exactly which weathering method to use on this one. I usually just do some Flory Dark Dirt, perhaps a little post shading but I saw a build where Dark Dirt had been used and it was stuck in all the rivet holes and looked awful!
