pappy1
Hi. I have been trying to find and buy a Silver Wings CR42 from a U.S. based hobby store but so I've only found Hannants ( U.K.shipping) or the Silver Wings web site (seems a little complicated to use) If anyone knows of a hobby store in the U.S. or perhaps wants to sell one of their own any help would be appreciated. Thanks Pappy1
DeanKB
Email Silver Wings. It'll be the cheapest option by far.
Guest Clunkmeister
They're awesome to deal with, and like Dean said, it's by far the cheapest place to deal with.
scvrobeson
Free time Hobbies in the US is a great source for the kits. It's where I've bought my Silver Wings kits from. Matt
DeanKB
I'd sell you one, but with 20% VAT & shipping, it'll be stupidly expensive. If you possibly can, order a few kits at once. The more you order, the cheaper they become, I ordered 4 or 5 and got a great price. That's my excuse anyway.
LSP_Ron
I'd also suggest you deal with Silver Wings Direct. I have many times with great service.
Black Sheep One
I've dealt with a couple of times. They are great and you can be sure your models will arrive very well packed and fast.

scvrobeson
For some reason, some Americans are scared to buy something online from overseas. They even think twice about Britain, France, or Germany. Even Canada's a real reach for some... Shipping is a killer from overseas, and only a select few manufacturers get stuff to us quickly. I've had to wait a month or on packages from Europe, when I can get it within a week from anywhere in the US/Canada Matt

DeanKB
Because I have to pay VAT when I buy it. I can't reclaim it.
