(I deleted my earlier post )

Now with better pictures.

Actually,a FW 190 W doesn't look that bad.It would have given the Germans a much better plane to attack from the Norwegian fjords.

I will also add the underwing bombs from the Arado kit.Giving it an extra to attack ships.

The main build is done.

That didn't take very long to do.Ofcourse the old Revell kit is very basic and the Arado floats only take about an hour to build.

Most time went into making the slots for the struts in the Fw underwing.

I will now put a grey primer on it.

And then finding a suitable camouflage... :hmmm:

Coming along quite NICELY  and quickly too!

Please not the Arado green and blue colors

Love this concept :goodjob:

jack

Thank you.

I never understood why they used green/blackgreen on their sea-and floatplanes. A sea-green/grey camouflage makes more sence.

But it's not that this is a WI that I will paint it purple. It still needs a German look.

There is a splendid looking whatif single float bf109w somewhere that might be of interest reg camouflage (on mobile, I can't find it right now)

Looks great Erwin, and good to see you back here.
