True....................those giant tusks can blind a fella.

Still, not very big even in 24th.

Got to have one! I always liked the little Bugatti, too bad that it never had a chance to prove its worth. Nice rendition you did there, will be eagerly waiting for that one!

Isn't that the one displayed in the EAA museum at oshkosh?

I saw it years ago being restored and it looked very outlandish and misterious, and looking very very interesting.

great project,

Jack.

I cant wait to see the 1:1 replica take to the skies.

This is a lovely lovely model.  I wonder as to the best blue for it.  Hmm.

Hello Bugatti enthusiasts,

Happy to report that the model is going into production now and will be up for ordering very shortly.

Loved that Skyray, Terry! Gorgeous work as usual, I can't wait to see what you do with this .As for the correct blue...that is going to be a matter for some debate, another fun idea for finishing will be aluminum for the fillets and control surfaces, and varying shades of plywood for the rest. Now that there are a number of decals for simulating wood skinning it could well be a really beautiful way to show off what the Bugatti was really made of.

Insides would probably have been  left varnished plywood, then you have all the varied shades of metal for the two motors, the blowers and mags and water piping...brass for the aft mounted radiator...the mind boggles!

More soon!
