Just now painting control surfaces etc gloss black. 50 Cal.guns have a coat of liquid mask. cheers fer now. Thanks...was going to use Duraluminum,but found it was too dark(to my eye)..this is a 1 to 3 mix of dark alum. and alum. cheers. williamj Posted November 22, 2014 Author Share Posted November 22, 2014 (edited) Wanting to "Bomb Up" the Stang just like the box art..started the CMK 500Lb. set,but try as I might we couldn't get the dang PE fins to co-operate at all.Anyone who has had success with this set, my hats off to ya..the resin 500 pounders were a bit anemic looking anyhow. Frustrated.. I cut it up for a pattern and used some thin sheet and made my damned own..Grrrrrrr! Ain't modeling fun??
