Starfighter
Looking good so far! Quickboost makes a corrects stick for Trumpeter's Super Bug by the way, just in case. Then, be careful - the seat on your pics obviously is a SJU-5 or -6 which was only used on F/A-18A, B and early C and D models whilst the E/F are fitted with SJU-17s! blackbetty
oops, thanx for the heads up on the seat! i had a -17 seat (dont know who it came from), but it was too wide and didnt fit the pit. i am aware of the stick, but wanted to modify the kit part (thats not working). i have an academy stick, but that seems to be underscale.... so i might as well break down und get seat and stick. blackbetty
thanx, Jack! this is coming along reeeaaal slow, but i started painting the seat. the gray of the pit is much too dark and i will replace the black of the ip with dark grey. blackbetty
the kit coaming is completely fictious, so i widened it with thin sheet and putty to get it to a more realistic shape EmperorKai
