Airfix Typhoon

Talked to an airline friend last night whose father flew Typhoons, was shot down and finished the war in a POW camp.  He bought two kits as well as extra decals for his father's mount when shot down..  I would love to do one as "Pulveriser IV" but with hands that do not function that dream is not possible.  So Cees, I'll be following your build and drooling all over the keyboard.

Regards from Canada

Update as promised.

Detailpainting has begun. After the structure had been sprayed aluminium i applied some floorpolish. Later a wash will be applied.

I painted the floorboards black and with a cotton bud with some thinner scuffed the surface. I like the result, another first.

Cheers

Cees
